Once again, we shared our cuisine, experience and culinary heritage with other colleagues in the industry. On this occasion, it was in Graz (Austria), where the international culinary magazine Rolling Pin organized the fourth edition of Chef Days. This is a space where, along with over 50 of the best chefs from all over the world, we introduced dishes, concepts and ideas to more than 3,000 European partners.

We focused on our speech on cutting-edge techniques that Quique Dacosta Restaurante (Denia, Spain) is using this season, sharing knowledge and work with chefs such as Tim Raue, Gilad Peled, Heinz Reitbauer, Hendrik Otto, Ana Roš and Thomas Dorfer. New concepts, dishes and creativity that already form part of the European avant-garde.
