Quique Dacosta Restaurante, 5 years running amongst the 10 best in Europe

The ranking Opinionated About Dining, published last night in San Sebastian, recognized the restaurant overseen by the Spanish chef, winner of 3 Michelin stars, with fourth place on the list. This means it remains for the fifth year running as one of the ten best restaurants on the continent

Twice in a row, the chef was number one on the prestigious list which continues to recognize him as one of the chefs with greatest international value

San Sebastian, 21 May 2019. Last night, Quique Dacosta Restaurante was recognised by the prestigious list Opinionated About Dining as the fourth-best restaurant in Europe, placing it amongst the ten best restaurants on the continent for the fifth year running.

"We know how hard it is to remain on any list, and even more so when it is a privileged position on one of the lists of greatest international prestige. My team and I express our thanks in the best way we know how, by working and pushing ourselves in what we're passionate about," stated the chef after receiving the award.

This list, which for two years in a row (2012 and 2013) recognized Quique Dacosta as owner of the Best Restaurant in Europe, was presented at Hotel María Cristina, placing QDR amongst the five best restaurants, along with Frantzén, Schloss Schauenstein and Etxebarri.

This award is based on the opinion of 6,000 voters from all over the world, keeping this restaurant in Dénia (Alicante) in its position as a temple of international avant-garde signature cuisine.
