By making a reservation, the customer accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
Reservations shall be managed under the trade name Quique Dacosta Restaurante.
Reservations entitle the customer to come and eat on the appointed date and time with the number of diners indicated in the booking.
To use the reservation, you must present the booking code on arrival at the restaurant for validation by Quique Dacosta Restaurante staff.
Should you fail to show up on the reserved date and time, the deposit paid shall be withheld as compensation for the no-show.
No refunds or cancellations shall be given unless this is expressly communicated in writing by Universo Local, S.L. or Quique Dacosta Restaurante.
Changes to reservations will be accepted in the following cases and provided at least FIVE DAYS’ notice is given. Customers should access the booking system on the website and enter the data provided in the confirmation of the first booking:
Change of date, time or service. Choose another date, time and/or service for the reservation, always within the same season and subject to availability.
Add more diners to a reservation: the system allows you to add a maximum of two diners to the initial reservation. For more diners, please email or phone the restaurant.
Reduce the number of diners: In the event that some of the people in the reservation cannot attend on the appointed date and time, the original reservation may be split into two or more reservations according to the group's needs (see FAQs for an example). In this case, the deposit will be kept and put towards the new reservation; the customer will be responsible for making the new booking.
Reservations are not firm until they have been accepted and confirmed by Quique Dacosta Restaurante.
Reservations may be transferred to other persons, who will then be required to present confirmation of the reservation with the relevant code on arrival and have the same obligations as the person who made the reservation, especially with regard to “Booking conditions”.
Space is provided for customers to enter details of any allergies, food intolerances or other food issues in order to be able to tailor the menu to the needs of each customer; this information shall be communicated at the time of making the reservation using the space provided.
Customers have access to FAQs where they will find more details on these conditions; therefore, by accepting these conditions, they are also indicating their agreement with the FAQs.
You must be of legal age to make a reservation.
Reservations shall be paid in advance using a credit/debit card and the payment facility provided by a banking institution for this purpose. The general booking fee is €50 per person or the price indicated on the website for other categories (see Gift Voucher, in particular). The fees will be deducted from the total bill on the day of the lunch/dinner, except in the event of a no-show.
Customers may also reserve and pay for the meal in full in advance using the Gift Voucher option.

The menu on our website is not necessarily identical to the one that will be served in our restaurant on the day of your booking, given that we may be forced to make changes due to market conditions or other force majeure events. Nevertheless, the content will basically be the same as the one shown here.
